REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for purchases made on DreamsCatcher.


1. Digital Token Purchases

DreamsCatcher operates using a prepaid token system.

Tokens are digital credits used to access AI-generated dream interpretations.

Once tokens are used to generate an interpretation, the service has been delivered and is considered consumed.

Due to the digital and instant nature of the service, refunds are generally not available for used tokens.


2. Unused Tokens

Refund requests for unused tokens may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase

  • The tokens have not been used

  • No abuse or suspicious activity is detected

Refund approval is at the discretion of DreamsCatcher.


3. Technical Errors

If a technical issue prevents proper delivery of an interpretation:

  • Tokens may be restored to your account

  • Or a refund may be issued where appropriate

Users must report issues promptly via the Contact page.


4. Fraud or Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through Stripe:

  • The associated account may be suspended during investigation

  • Tokens may be removed

  • Access to the platform may be restricted

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.


5. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued back to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on the financial institution.
